From Breaking Ground to Moving In Patterson Sales Does It All!

Your Patterson Sales Team will provide you with a full “Turn Key” Package.

Your Sales Consultant will provide you with an itemized quote outlining all of the details involved with your purchase.

Once your contract is signed and your final drawings and specifications have been signed, building begins.

The build portion is managed by the Field Supervisor who oversees all the contractors involved with your project. This includes the excavation, foundation, well, septic or hook up to city services, delivery, crane, finish crews and all permits involved with the build.

When the build is complete your sales rep and the field supervisor will do a walk through with you to ensure that all aspects of the build are complete.

Once the funds are received the sales rep or your lawyer will be responsible for handing you the keys to your new home.
